Statement of Mission:

The Red River Valley Chapter of the MVPA (RRV) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit affiliated local chapter of the Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA) http://www.mvpa.org. As a local chapter, RRV is dedicated to the history, preservation, restoration, and display of HISTORICAL military transport from all periods, conflicts, wars and countries in addition to the education of its members and the general public.

Our club members may include current and retired military personnel as well as non-military members and families. We are not affiliated with any para-military organization. We are collectors of history. Members do not have to own a historic military vehicle to join the RRV or participate in events.

Our members generally reside in North Central Texas and Southern Oklahoma, although we have members several hundred miles away in addition to out of state membership.

As a club, we participate in a number of events per year with our vehicles, uniforms and equipment.
